Your qualified, experienced tech or dispatcher will call you with an estimated arrival time, so you know precisely when they will be arriving.
3. See accurate pricing
Your technician will carefully inspect your ductless A/C system, locate the problem, describe the solution and provide a cost estimate. This is before any work starts.
4. Fix your ductless A/C today
Generally, your technician can get the part your A/C needs. Their trucks are well stocked but, a part may need to be sourced from a nearby warehouse to repair your A/C the same day.
5. Your feedback matters
To end, we'll ask you for your feedback on how everything went so we can be sure you were 100% satisfied. If you're not please let us know, and we'll ensure things are right!
Try This! DIY Fixes
1. Check your filter
A common issue is a clogged air filter. This will cause increased wear and electricity consumption, also restricting airflow, worsening your A/C'c ability to cool. Clean or change your filter on a monthly basis. Ask about our maintenance plan!
2. Check your circuit breaker
Your circuit breaker may have tripped. Locate your electrical panel and check the breaker. Is it tripped? Turn it to the OFF position, then ON. If your breaker trips again call us immediately! You will need professional help from there.
